Event Privacy Notice, Consent and Release

Comhaltas Culture of Ireland, Singapore will use the information you provided about yourself and individuals (including minors) attending the Event with you for the purposes set out in this document. In this document, we call this information “Personal Information” and we further specify what that covers below.

By purchasing tickets to and attending the Event, you agree to the use and disclosure of your Personal Information by Comhaltas Culture of Ireland, Singapore and other partners which we collectively refer to as “CCE Singapore” in this document. We refer to this document as the “Release”.

Your Personal Information may be used for the following purposes:

For CCE Singapore internal purposes only
For CCE Singapore's external communication
For CCE Singapore's promotional efforts
For reporting demographic information to one of our funders, the Irish Government

The Personal Information provided is limited to your likeness and information supplied when purchasing tickets or provided when entering any competition at the Event.

By purchasing tickets to and attending the Event you give CCE Singapore the right to make, take, reproduce, copy, exhibit, publish, transmit, or distribute photographic portraits, pictures, videos and audio recordings. Such use may include publication on CCE Singapore’s social media pages. If you are an adult we may tag you by name in our posts.

CCE Singapore will not use your Personal Information in connection with paid advertising programs or provide it to third parties for unrelated use.

CCE Singapore may also transfer your Personal Information to and for use in any country in the world, including countries that may have less restrictive data protection laws than the laws of your home country. By purchasing tickets to and attending the Event, you agree to this transfer and use of your Personal Information.

You may contact CCE Singapore at any time to end this Release, access your Personal Information held by or on behalf of CCE Singapore and request correction of any mistakes or deletion of your Personal Information held by CCE Singapore. Please just email us at comhaltassg@gmail.com.

If you do end this Release, it will not apply to Personal Information already used or disclosed by CCE Singapore before.

By purchasing tickets to and attending the Event, you also agree that you are not entitled to payment from or related to the use of your Personal Information.
