Spice Bag
The 'spice bag' is Ireland's own invention - a comforting medley of cooked chicken and French fries and sautéed onions and capsicum, served in a brown paper bag with Irish curry sauce on the side.
The Irish aren't known for their tolerance of spice - and this is appropriately mild!
